Privacy Policy

Who we are

Calc Memo (“the app”) is developed and operated by Naxtech
(“we”, “us”). You can reach us at [email protected].

Data we collect

We do not collect, transmit, or store your personal data on
our servers — because the app has no server backend and no user accounts.

The following is created by you and stored only on your device:

• Your calculation history
• Formulas you save and pin
• App preferences (language, region, currency, number format, theme, etc.)

This data never leaves your device unless you choose to export it (see
Backups below). It is removed when you delete it in the app or
uninstall the app.

Ads & analytics

The app contains no advertising, no advertising identifiers,
no third-party analytics, and no tracking of any kind. Fonts are bundled in
the app, so no data is sent to font providers.

Backups you control

You can export your data to a JSON file and import it back. These files are
created at your request and are shared or stored wherever you choose
(for example another app or your own cloud drive). We do not receive a copy.

In-app purchases (tips)

You may optionally “buy the developer a coffee.” Payments are processed
entirely by the app store (Google Play, and Apple App Store if applicable).
We never see or receive your payment card details. The store’s own privacy
policy governs that transaction.

Services provided by the app store

The app uses standard platform features from Google Play services:

• In-app updates — checks Google Play for a newer version.
• In-app review — lets you rate the app without leaving it.
• In-app billing — for the optional tips above.

These are operated by Google and are subject to
Google’s Privacy Policy.

Permissions

• Internet — used only for app-store update/review/purchase
  checks and to open this policy link. The app’s own features work offline.
• File access (via the system picker) — only when you
  export or import a backup file that you select yourself.

Children

Calc Memo is suitable for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect
personal information from anyone, including children.

Your rights (PDPA / GDPR)

Because we hold no personal data about you on our side, there is nothing for
us to access, correct, export or delete. You remain in full control of the
data on your device — delete individual items in the app, or remove everything
by uninstalling the app.

Data security

Your data stays on your device and is protected by your device’s own
security. Please keep your device protected with a screen lock.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be
reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
